1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be changed or canceled. If you need help, please contact us via email at [email protected].
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. However, it may vary depending on your location and shipping status. For updated details, please check the tracking number provided in your email.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders, unless there are special promotions.
4. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please see our return policy for more information.
5. When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original method of payment.
6. What should I do if I do not receive my package?
If it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your package, we will issue you a full refund. In the event that the tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your item, please check your local area or contact the shipping company.
7. Does VivaVogues ship internationally?
Currently, Vivavogues.store only supports domestic shipping. We will update as more international shipping options become available.
