Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
To be accepted for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unwashed and in new condition.
The original labels and packaging must be intact.
There must be no traces of cosmetics, animal hair or scents from perfumes, deodorants or toiletries.
There must be no signs of damage due to use.
If the item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2. Return Process

Once confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. Make sure to carefully package the item together with the invoice and return receipt in a suitable shipping box.
Keep your tracking number to check the status of your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The standard return shipping cost is $6.99 and is non-refundable unless the product is defective on our part. In that case, you will receive free shipping and may request a refund or exchange.

4. Order Defects or Defective Products
If you receive the wrong or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for prompt assistance.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email of the refund decision. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

6. Late or Lost Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to verify processing times. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact us via email at [email protected].

7. Changing or cancelling your order
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email at [email protected] to request this. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it, but you can still return the item according to our returns policy.
