Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time

We accept orders Monday through Friday, and the daily cut-off time is 6 p.m. (EST).

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days. In cases of high volume, processing time may be longer. If there is an expected delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (may be longer depending on delivery location). We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that unexpected conditions such as bad weather or logistical difficulties may cause delays. Please allow a few extra days to ensure your order is delivered on time. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email.

Note: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Vivavogues.store’s standard shipping fee is $6.99 for all orders.

4. Shipping Delays

If your package takes longer than 15 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund for the order.

If you do not receive your package on time, please submit a claim and we will respond within 24 hours.

If the tracking number status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please check your neighborhood to make sure it is not missing. If you still cannot find it, please contact the shipping company using the information in your notification email.
